Antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement Floral Pitcher – 6.5”

Antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement Floral Pitcher – 6.5”

$48.00Price

A charming antique pitcher from the late Victorian era, featuring an unusual squared form and beautifully detailed floral decoration in warm shades of russet red, chocolate brown, and soft gray.

The ivory-glazed body is embellished with raised architectural borders, an angular handle, a decorative leaf-shaped spout, and delicate gold accents. Its asymmetrical botanical design reflects the influence of the Aesthetic Movement, which celebrated artful forms, nature-inspired imagery, and decorative beauty.

Dating to approximately 1880–1900, this petite pitcher displays beautifully as a cabinet piece, on a mantel, or styled with antique books and collected European ceramics. It could also hold a small arrangement of dried or artificial botanicals.

The base is unmarked, so the exact maker and country of origin are unknown.
