Looking for something special but don't need a dedicated search?

Tell me what you're hoping to find, and I can add it to my complimentary sourcing list. If I encounter a potential match during my regular buying trips, market visits, or dealer searches, I'll contact you.

There is no obligation to purchase and no guarantee that a matching piece will become available.
Dedicated Personal Sourcing
$75 per hour | 2-hour minimum
For clients who would like me to actively search for a particular antique or vintage piece.

Dedicated sourcing may include research, dealer outreach, market searches, communication with sourcing contacts, and reviewing potential pieces on your behalf.
​
Starting sourcing fee: $150
Extended & Multi-Piece Sourcing
$250 Project Retainer
Ideal for clients looking for several pieces, working on a room or project, or requiring a more extensive search.
The $250 retainer includes the first three hours of dedicated sourcing. Additional sourcing time is $75 per hour and will not be performed without your approval.
Merchandise, shipping, freight, delivery, and other approved expenses are separate.
How it Works
A Personal Approach to Sourcing
1. TELL ME: Contact me and tell me what you're searching for. Helpful information includes style, approximate size, preferred age or origin, color/material, budget, timeframe, and inspiration photographs.

2. WE DISCUSS THE SEARCH: I'll review your request and determine which sourcing option is appropriate.
​
3. RECEIVE YOUR SOURCING PACKET: For paid sourcing projects, I'll personally send you the appropriate sourcing information, terms, and project quote.
​
4. I BEGIN THE SEARCH: Once your quote is accepted and the required sourcing fee or retainer has been paid, I'll begin dedicated sourcing.
​
5. YOU REVIEW: When I locate a potential piece, I'll provide available photographs, measurements, condition information, relevant details, and your purchase price.
​
6. YOU DECIDE: You are never required to purchase a piece simply because I located it.
​
7. APPROVE & PAY: If you'd like the piece, you approve it and pay the required merchandise amount before I purchase it on your behalf.
​
8. INSPECTION & DELIVERY: When appropriate, the piece will first come to R&R Relics for inspection and documentation before final shipping or delivery to you.
Your Sourcing Fee Is Separate From Your Merchandise
Sourcing fees pay for my professional time and search services. They are not deposits toward merchandise.
When I locate a piece you would like to purchase, you'll receive the client purchase price and any applicable shipping, freight, delivery, insurance, taxes, customs/import charges, or other approved expenses.
No merchandise will be purchased on your behalf until you approve the piece and the required merchandise payment has been received.

These relationships allow me to expand the search beyond the pieces currently available in the R&R Relics collection.

R&R Relics also offers a complimentary Trade Program for qualified design professionals.
Trade members receive 20% off eligible regularly priced merchandise from existing R&R Relics inventory, along with additional benefits including early access, project holds, private appointments, and sourcing assistance.
Private and dedicated sourcing services are priced separately from the Trade Program discount.
Important Sourcing Note
Antique and vintage merchandise is unique and availability is unpredictable. Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC will make reasonable efforts to search for pieces that meet a client's requested criteria; however, successful sourcing cannot be guaranteed. Paid sourcing fees compensate for professional research, search time, communication, dealer outreach, and sourcing services and are nonrefundable once sourcing begins.
