FINAL SALE, CONDITION & APPRAISAL POLICY

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC specializes in curated antique, vintage, previously owned, and one-of-a-kind merchandise. The age, history, scarcity, and individual characteristics of these pieces are part of what makes them special.

Please review all descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition information, and policies carefully before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Except for the limited circumstances described below, all antique, vintage, previously owned, one-of-a-kind, clearance, and sale merchandise is sold on a final-sale basis.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind
• Color, size, scale, weight, fit, or style preferences
• Failure to review the description, photographs, measurements, or condition information
• Age-related wear, variations, or imperfections that were disclosed or reasonably visible in the listing photographs
• Differences in color caused by lighting, photography, or variations among computer and mobile-device screens
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• A customer’s inability to resell an item or obtain an expected resale price
Because many items are one of a kind, replacements may not be available.

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Please contact Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC promptly if:
• You received an item different from the item ordered
• The item arrived damaged during shipment
• The item has a significant defect that was not disclosed and could not reasonably be seen in the listing photographs
• The item is materially different from its written description
• Another remedy is required under applicable law
These exceptions do not include ordinary wear, patina, crazing, tarnish, oxidation, minor scratches, discoloration, manufacturing irregularities, tool marks, age-related changes, evidence of previous use, or other characteristics that were disclosed or visible before purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your purchase immediately after delivery.

Claims for shipping damage or an incorrect item should be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Include:
• Your name and order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the shipping box and all packing materials
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A description of the damage or problem

Please keep the item, box, and all packing materials until the matter has been resolved. These materials may be required for a carrier or insurance claim.

Do not return an item without prior written authorization. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement when available, or a refund.
If a return is authorized because the wrong item was sent, the item was materially misdescribed, or the item arrived damaged or defective, Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC will provide return instructions and arrange reasonable return shipping when required.

CONDITION OF AUTHORIZED RETURNS

If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must include all original pieces, accessories, labels, documentation, and packaging supplied with the order. It must not have been used, altered, repaired, cleaned, refinished, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.

The customer must package the item carefully and follow the return instructions provided. A refund may be reduced or denied when legally permitted if the item is not returned in its original received condition or is damaged because it was improperly repackaged.

ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE CONDITION

Antique and vintage items are not new. They frequently display evidence of age, manufacture, ownership, storage, and previous use.

Depending on the item, these characteristics may include patina, surface wear, fading, crazing, scratches, tarnish, oxidation, small chips, flea bites, discoloration, staining, variations in glaze or finish, manufacturing irregularities, old repairs, replaced components, and other age-related features.
Known material condition issues will be described or photographed to the best of our ability.
Photographs form an important part of every item’s description. Customers are encouraged to enlarge and review all photographs and request additional information before purchasing.

Descriptions of condition are made in good faith and reflect our observations at the time of listing. Terms such as “excellent,” “very good,” “good,” or “fair” are relative to an item’s age, type, and expected history of use; they do not mean that an antique or vintage item is flawless or new.

MEASUREMENTS AND COLOR

All measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Photographs are taken to represent each piece as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings. Such minor variations are not considered a material misdescription.

RESEARCH, ATTRIBUTION AND AUTHENTICITY

Information regarding an item’s age, maker, origin, material, pattern, period, attribution, or history is based on available markings, reference materials, dealer or source information, comparable examples, professional opinions when obtained, and our good-faith research.

Unless a listing expressly includes a specific written certificate or guarantee, these descriptions represent informed opinions based on the information available at the time of sale. They should not be interpreted as an independent certification or an absolute guarantee of attribution, provenance, age, or origin.

We do not knowingly misrepresent merchandise. If you believe an item has been materially misdescribed, please contact us promptly and provide supporting photographs or documentation so the concern can be reviewed.

APPRAISALS AND ESTIMATED VALUES

Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC does not provide appraisal services and is not acting as a licensed or certified appraiser.

Any appraisal, valuation, expert consultation, or professional opinion obtained by Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC is paid for by the company and used as one part of our research and pricing process.

Unless the product listing expressly states that a written appraisal or certificate is included with the purchase:
• The appraisal or research documentation is not included with the item
• Any stated or estimated value is an opinion, not a guaranteed value
• The information does not guarantee authenticity, provenance, resale value, auction value, insurance value, replacement value, or future appreciation
• Market values may change according to condition, location, demand, selling venue, buyer interest, and other factors
• The item’s purchase price does not guarantee that another dealer, appraiser, auction house, insurer, or buyer will assign the same value

When a third-party appraisal or certificate is included, it is provided to the purchaser in the condition and form in which it was received. Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC does not control or guarantee a third party’s opinion or future valuation.

Customers purchasing an item for investment, insurance, or significant valuation purposes should obtain their own independent professional opinion before purchasing.

FUNCTIONAL, ELECTRICAL AND DECORATIVE ITEMS

Unless a listing expressly states that an antique or vintage electrical, mechanical, or functional item has been tested and is working, no representation is made that it is suitable for modern operation.
Antique electrical items should be inspected and, when necessary, rewired by a qualified professional before use.

Vintage and antique dishes, cookware, vessels, and serving pieces are not guaranteed to meet current food-safety standards or to be free of lead or other substances unless specifically stated.
When safety is uncertain, these items should be used for decorative purposes only.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers collecting an item locally are encouraged to inspect it before accepting it. Once the item has been inspected and accepted, the sale is final except when a remedy is required under applicable law.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow five to seven (5–7) business days for processing. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING

We welcome questions and requests for additional photographs or measurements before purchase. Please contact Rescued and Reimagined Relics, LLC through our website before placing your order if you need more information about an item.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the merchandise is antique, vintage, previously owned, or one of a kind; has reviewed the complete listing and photographs; and accepts this Final Sale, Condition & Appraisal Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
